of course you all have one of these on your window, right?

Well if you haven't then you should! LOL All good stitchers have one.
I don't have a light box, can you tell?
It will end up having a very close relationship with this lovely vintage fabric :)
Are you all busy stitching?

I have been busy getting ready for the start of the school year here and taking my oldest daughter to college for the first time. I have been doing a bit of painting and sketching in my free time. Now that fall is almost here I plan to spend a lot more time in my sewing room creating lots of goodies.

My window often looks similar to that! My old studio had room for a lightbox (actually an old xray film light) but alas, no room here. Never mind, the window works!

This picture is a lovely one, I don't have a light box and I use my windows and lately I saw that I can also copy with transferpaper from the computer directly - being of course very careful :).

In the U.S. a while back, it was the 'thing' to put a vintage doily inside a wire hoop and put it in a window. I have a few around my house.
So, you will have to explain what the procedure is about the light box, it sounds and looks pretty, and also interesting.
Cheers!

Hi, Carole. What a beautiful piece of crochet. Putting it up to the light gives it new life. Gorgeous!
