playing on a Sunday

It's been a bit quiet in my sewing room over the last few weeks, but today I added a couple of touches to a project to make it ready to send off in the mail. Wonder where it will pop up next?

What have you been working on over the weekend?

This weekend I have been shopping for my daughter who goes off to college next month. The rest of the time I have been resting and recharging. This afternoon I am going to start making a ballet skirt for my other daughter. Have a great week.

Sorry I missed a couple of your posts. Congratulations on the dear wee Neve. She looks perfect. Lucky you. I hope Mother and daughter are doing well. You will be travelling that road to Auckland quite often now I suspect.

The weekend is over because I'm late with reading my blogs again. It was our birthday w'end around here (DH is the 21st and mine the 22nd) so didn't get much done in the way of creativity. Too hot to do much here anyway!

Hi, Carole! Love your art! This weekend I've been piecing some art quilts, did some zentangles and worked on paintings on canvas. What a mixture! Enjoy your day!
